Come serve in the city in one of two ways on Saturday October 5:
Help host and work alongside about 200 volunteers coming to work at/around our Brightmoor campus – be there by 9 am.
OR
Go with Katy Stokes to work in the kitchen at Cass Social Services – meet at church at 8 am to carpool.
Find a way to plug into this great city-wide event!
Calling all 6th – 12th graders!
Once again, we will be heading to Fenton UMC for our Fall Retreat! Join us on Friday November 8 and Saturday November 9 for a time of fellowship, service and fun! We will eat and sleep at Fenton UMC, and spend Saturday in service in Flint. The retreat costs $25. We will leave Redford about 5 pm on Friday and return about 8 pm on Saturday.

Four our Homecoming service, we made a slideshow of all we did this summer at church! New Beginnings gave some pictures too!
Check out some pictures from VBS! We had a great week, with 65 kids participating and many many volunteers. We learned all about being good neighbors and how God’s love can change the way we treat our neighbors. We also collected money for our school supply drive – the kids brought in $75 through their daily offering! We had a wonderful week!
All kids 3 yrs old – 5th grade are invited to participate in Vacation Bible School!! We start on Sunday August 4 at 6 pm – we meet August 4 – 9 from 6 to 8:30 pm at Redford Aldersgate. Hope you can join us!
