Church Custodian
The Church Custodian is responsible for the regular cleaning of the church building. S/he is also responsible for set-ups (tables and chairs) for meetings which occur throughout the week. Ability to organize workload is a must; good communication skills are desired; leadership in larger projects (quarterly deep cleaning of the indoors, floor stripping and polishing at the end of every summer) that include volunteers. Ability to be flexible for special events while still maintaining the cleanliness of the building is expected. Must be available for special preparation for events such as funerals and weddings. Occasional supervision of community service hours.
