At Redford Aldersgate there will be ONE SERVICE on November 15th at 10 am. Everyone is welcome to our Ministry Fair following worship to celebrate the end of our fall campaign and find your place of service in the church!
Small Groups Starting October 5
Everyone is welcome to join a small group! We will start int he week of October 5 for a five week series called A Disciples Path. Groups are meeting on Sunday morning, Monday night, Wednesday night, Thursday morning and Friday evening. Find one that works for you!
Adult Sunday School starts back up Sunday the 20th
Adult Sunday School starts this Sunday, September 20th at 11 am in B9 downstairs. Pastor Phil will be leading the group with a resource called Wired Word that looks at contemporary issues and Christian thinking. All adults are welcome to attend!
Women’s Retreat February 20 & 21
Calling all women! Our annual women’s retreat is Friday February 20 and Saturday February 21 – plan to join us at 6 pm Friday for a catered meal and program by Sue Buchholz with the theme “Come to the Waters”. We will wrap up around 9 pm. Saturday we will gather again for a continental breakfast and more program before finishing around noon. The cost is $25.
Men’s Retreat “Kung Fu Jesus” Coming Up!
Our annual Men’s Retreat is coming up February 6 and 7, 2015. All men are welcome to come for fellowship and faith building. The theme is Kung Fu Jesus and our retreat leader will be Rev. Jeremy Peters from Fenton UMC. Cost is $25 for food and supplies. The retreat is Friday evening, with dinner and program, and Saturday morning, ending about noon. Participants can sleep at home. Sign up at the Welcome Center on Sunday.
