Glow in the Dark Youth dance -invite your friends!! Tickets are $8 or 2 for $10… Redford youth you only get the 2 for $10 if you bring someone new 🙂 All 6th – 12th graders (and class of 2012 grads) are welcome!
We will have food and a DJ and glow in the dark games and prizes. Dress is casual.

Sacred Heart Gospel Choir Concert June 3
Come join the people of Redford Aldersgate for an afternoon of wonderful music!! On Sunday June 3 at 3 pm, the Sacred Heart Gospel Choir will raise the roof of our sanctuary with wonderful music, followed by a reception. We will take a free will offering that will go towards our Life Remodeled Project this summer, but the concert is free of charge.
Plan to join us, and invite a friend to do the same!

On Friday April 20, 3 people were shot and killed in our church’s neighborhood. Although we have no personal connections that we are aware of, it felt like we should do something to respond. On Sunday April 22, we invited our congregation to gather at church at 6:30 pm and we walked to the site of the crime, about 8 blocks, where we prayed and sang and tried to let he neighborhood know that our church cares about this community. We had a great turnout, and others joined us as they saw us walking, and more still came out to join us at the scene.
ZUMBA is coming!
Starting April 30th, Redford Aldersgate will be offering a Zumba class – Mondays at 6 pm. Dress in exercise clothes, bring a water bottle and a towel and make a decision to have a great time sweating!

Homeless Hospitality Week starts TODAY
For the next week, our church will house men and women who are currently experiencing homelessness. Our church will provide a place to sleep, meals and fellowship so we need all the help we can get! Bring some snacks or fruit by one of the days or come share some time over breakfast or dinner. Get involved in this very special week in our church!
