Bishop Deborah Keisey has announced the appointment of Pastor Jeff Nelson, effective July 1, 2016 to Royal Oak First United Methodist Church.
In our Methodist system Pastors are appointed to churches by the Bishop with the possibility of moving each year. Pastor Nelson has been with us for 7 years and now will be moving on to Royal Oak First.
We will have time to celebrate his time with us and also make plans to welcome a new pastor. The new pastor has not been announced yet.

Time to get back to 2 services! Starting Sunday September 20, 2015, we will have our traditional service at 9:30 am and our contemporary service at 11 am.
